All vendors receive one table and two chairs. Table coverings are the responsibility of the vendor. Displays must not exceed the footprint of the assigned space.
Each vendor pass includes two badges (primary vendor + one assistant). Any additional passes must be requested and approved in advance.
Vendors must complete initial setup at least 2 hours before the event opens. Each subsequent day, vendors must be set up at least 30 minutes ahead of the regular schedule.
Any provisions such as electrical outlets, wall space, or special spacing must be requested in advance so we can accommodate your needs. On-site requests may not be fulfillable.
No sale, distribution, or promotion of illegal substances, psychedelics, or controlled substances. The vendor hall is a substance-free commerce zone.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting their own sales tax and obtaining any required business or sales permits for the City of Detroit.
The conference is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged vendor property. Vendors are encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.
Vendor passes are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing; no refunds are issued within 30 days of the event.
Vendors must remove all items by the end of teardown on the final day. All materials must be cleared from the venue by the published load-out deadline.
Vendors must keep noise at a reasonable level; amplified sound is not permitted without prior approval. No hazardous or obstructive displays.
Vendors must conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with the conference code of conduct. The organizers reserve the right to ask non-compliant vendors to leave.
Vendors must keep their space clean and dispose of trash properly. Any damage to the venue caused by a vendor is the vendor's responsibility.
By submitting your vendor application and payment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
