Lucia Pavone is a first generation Sicilian-American, Priestess of Auset (Isis), and interdisciplinary scholar devoted to healing ancestral, sexual, and religious trauma through embodied and spiritual praxis. An avid knowledge seeker since her early twenties, Lucia inherited love of herb through her Nonna Maria at the age of 5, and later completed over 500 hours of fieldwork and study in Native California herbalism, grounding her work in land-based and ancestral healing traditions. Lucia’s spiritual and intellectual formation includes extensive study of Qabalistic Tarot and astrology under the mentorship of Amber Jayanti, alongside a longstanding commitment to Kemetic teachings that continue to inform her cosmology, ethics, and embodied practice. She is a Somatic Sex Educator, Sacred Dao Pelvic Practitioner, and Sexological Bodyworker, supporting individuals in releasing shame, reclaiming sensual self-expression, and cultivating embodied, meaningful relationships. Her pioneering research in the last 20 year has explored extended orgasm, altered states of consciousness, and trauma healing, including collaborative work with the late Dr. Juan Acosta Urquidi on full-body, extended orgasm and its implications for consciousness and healing. Lucia’s practice integrates sacred Earth technologies, including psilocybin mushrooms, as part of a broader commitment to ancestral memory, embodiment, and spiritual restoration. Lucia holds a Master’s degree in Women, Gender, Spirituality, and Social Justice from the California Institute of Integral Studies, completed in May 2025, and currently a PhD scholar in Women’s Spirituality. Bio: Kamora LaRoyce Jones is a Las Vegas-based multimedia artist who works in analog and digital mediums, focusing on drawing. From a very young age, she has been accessing the depths of her creative mind to visualize and conceptualize fantasies and realities. Kamora has been drawing and painting for 45 years, inspired by creative visions, art instructors, classical training, art history, the graphic arts, and expanded consciousness through channeled artistry. For the past 19 years, Kamora has worked as an artist at a corporate game dev studio and is currently an Art Lead. Since 2017, Kamora has been creating art for her Transmigration Series, which explores metaphysical concepts through an ongoing series of drawings, paintings, and writings. Because of the receptivity of Kamora’s Transmigration Series, she has been interviewed by podcasters and personalities in the metaphysical, wellness, and ufology communities. People worldwide have purchased prints and t-shirts of Kamora's work, and a few dedicated individuals have tattooed some of her pieces on their bodies. Kamora’s hope is that each soul will remember how to access their sacred spaces and be blessed along their unique paths. _________ Statement: "Spirituality" has become a bad word, and it's understandable. Humans are evolving and learning more about who we are. Technology has made knowledge available to all, illuminating ignorance through advancements in communication and connectivity. Concurrently, humans are having lots of metaphysical and transcendent experiences during altered states of consciousness. Precipitating these developments (in my opinion) is the renaissance in psychedelic research, near-death experiences, mass interest in topics related to consciousness, simulation theory, interest in aliens, an ever-growing (collective) critique of the human experience, and a decline in traditional religious devotion. My Transmigration Series came at a time of renewed spiritual interest for me, and a few metaphysical experiences propelled me into a new paradigm of personal discovery, wrapped in solid references to a past I (up until that time) had forgotten. Indeed, personal testimonies of transcendent experiences are questionable (scientifically speaking), but not for the masses of individuals who have gazed beyond The Veil. My initial query was simple: how can humans evolve? How can humans become "better"? Artistically, meditatively, and intellectually, I explored the chakras, reincarnation, astral projection, soul, energy, consciousness, scientific/objective links to these topics, and whatever else I could access, but one thing remained: mentors. We may need help in the form of evolved teachers who can show us pathways to a peaceful future for planet Earth. These "mentors" in my art pieces are called Transmigrators. They use consciousness-based technologies called Seed Abstractions, which inspire humans by inserting positivity codes into the energy systems of each individual. These Transmigrators are fictitious representations of higher-consciousness ideas. Through my ongoing series, I desire to visualize and conceptually illustrate the possible probabilities of the human soul.

Cassius Drake, MD, is a physician, healer, author, and founder and Medical Director of The Drake Center for Transformative Healing in Franklin, Michigan. After two decades as an emergency physician, his own journey through burnout, illness, grief, spiritual exploration, and psychedelic-assisted healing led him to a broader understanding of what it means to heal the whole person. Following the loss of his sister, Dr. Drake developed The Way of the Butterfly: A Paradigm for Transformative Change, a framework for understanding those moments when healing can no longer mean returning to who we were before. Like the metamorphosis of a caterpillar, profound transformation may require us to recognize that an old way of being has reached its limits, surrender within the uncertainty of the chrysalis, encounter a new truth, and ultimately learn to live from it. At the Detroit Psychedelic Conference, Dr. Drake would bring this paradigm to life through an experiential workshop combining storytelling, guided reflection, discussion, and contemplative practice. Psychedelics will be explored not as transformation itself, but as one of several possible catalysts that can help us glimpse a new way of being. Ayize Jama-Everett is President and Head Minister of The Drinking Gourd Refuge, a land-rooted church in Oakland, California, grounded in African Diasporic spiritual traditions. The Refuge grows food, tends medicine plants, and keeps ceremony on Lisjan Ohlone land. Its work is ancestral foodways as cultural practice, and its congregation is fed from the ground it prays on. He holds a Master of Divinity, a Master's in Clinical Psychology, and an MFA in Creative Writing. He has taught religion and psychology at Starr King School for the Ministry, and has also taught at California College of the Arts and the University of California, Riverside. He works as a community-based therapist. He produced A Table of Our Own, a documentary about Black people and psychedelics. He has lectured at the California Institute of Integral Studies, advised the UC Berkeley Center for the Science of Psychedelics, and was a featured speaker at Stanford's first psychedelics and design symposium. He starts from a simple assumption. Nobody arrives at the medicine empty. Most people come carrying more than one tradition, and those traditions do not always agree.
